Bio

Mother of two, a boy in 5th grade and a girl in 2nd grade. One husband, who is a part-time travel agent. (He has a full time job he hates, but which pays the mortgage.) One cat.

I myself am between jobs at the moment, and am debating whether to go back to subbing or try living on my husband's income for a while and go back to school for a Library Science MS. I've been teaching for the past few years, and frankly, I'm burned out. Prior to that, I was a "civil serpent", aka a county bureaucrat. Before that, I had the usual run of fast food jobs most young people have. I have a small collection of rejection slips, and am currently attempting to write a children's book.
